1. Age Restriction

Chatkuy is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. Individuals under 18 are not permitted to use Chatkuy.

By using Chatkuy, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
• You will not allow any individual under 18 to use your account

If we discover that an individual under 18 has created an account or is using our services, we will immediately terminate the account and delete all associated data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

2. Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) Policy

Chatkuy explicitly prohibits any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) content or behavior. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Any content that depicts, describes, or promotes child sexual abuse
• Any content that exploits or endangers minors
• Any communication or interaction that targets minors for sexual purposes
• Sharing, distributing, or soliciting child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Grooming or attempting to groom minors
• Any other behavior that violates child protection laws

Violations of our CSAE policy will result in:

• Immediate and permanent account termination
• Reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities
• Cooperation with legal investigations
• Permanent ban from our platform

3. How to Report Child Safety Concerns

If you encounter any content or behavior that violates our child safety policies, including Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), please report it immediately using one of the following methods:

3.1 What to Include in Your Report

When reporting a child safety concern, please provide as much information as possible:

• Type of Violation: Describe the nature of the violation (e.g., CSAE content, grooming behavior, inappropriate contact with minors)
• User Information: Username, profile link, or any identifying information about the user involved
• Content Details: Screenshots, message content, or descriptions of the violating content
• Timestamps: When the incident occurred
• Additional Context: Any other relevant information that may help our investigation

3.2 In-App Reporting

You can also report violations directly within the Chatkuy app:

• Go to the user's profile or the violating content
• Tap the "Report" or "..." menu
• Select "Report Child Safety Issue" or "Report CSAE"
• Follow the prompts to submit your report

4. Our Commitment to Child Safety

Chatkuy is committed to creating a safe environment for all users. Our child safety measures include:

• Proactive Monitoring: We use automated systems and human review to detect and remove CSAE content
• User Reporting: We encourage and prioritize user reports of child safety violations
• Law Enforcement Cooperation: We work closely with law enforcement agencies to report and investigate CSAE violations

• Platform-specific requirements (e.g., Google Play Store policies)
